DO you know if Freda and Ernest were from Germany. The info I have for Albert is that he came to America from Germany in 1869 and was naturalized in 1882. They lived in Bloomington Illinois from at least 1900 to the 1940's. If this info islike any of yours, please let me know, as I don't know Alfred's parents. Oh and Alfred also had a child named Freda-so maybe there is a connection.

    3. There is a marriage record for M.L. Riggs age 25 and Mary J. Davis age 17 in Johnson Co. on July 15, 1883, Book P Page 536. It's possible the J could have been mis-read for an I. I am also looking for a Mary Davis born around 1868 in GA. Father (James) born TN and Mother (Martha) born GA. Do you know the names of any of Mary's siblings? If there seems to be a connection with your family would love to share information. Neosha
