They are living in Fayetteville, Washington Co., Prairie Twsp. Arkansas and Ira is a truck driver working for the county. ED is 148 sheet 21B and line is 94. In 1942 on the draft cards for the Army in WW II, Ira L. Murphy, age 52 is born August 9, 1889 in Saline City, Indiana and is living at 3115 College in Little Rock, Pulaski Co., Arkansas but is working for the Daggett Stove Company of Cottonplant, Woodruff Co., Arkansas. His wife is listed as Mrs. I. L. Murphy. He is described as blue eyes, brown hair, and sallow complexion. 5' 8'' tall and weighs 145 lbs. He is also described as having the first finger of his right hand missing and the first and second fingers of his left hand missing.
