John and Nancy (Steward)York (of TN) were in the 1840 and 1850 Jackson Co census. Is anyone working on this line? Also, a specific request - can anyone tell me the identities of the Grooms individuals who are said to be buried in the Cole cemetery, on the old Cole farm, near Elgin, in Jackson Co?
