He was born in SC which is where my Skates/Scates family is from. Please help me find out who this missing person is! I have only found him on the mortality schedule for this time and place and don't know how he got here! I don't know where to go from here to find his family and have no access to local Jackson Co records. Can you help? Thanks so much debbie
