BRUMLEY was the HOUSE and ANDREWS line that came about 1856 from Wilkes / Lincoln GA to Monroe and St. Francis County Arkansas. Ollie's mother was born about 1853 GA top George M. or N. HOUSE and Parthenia ANDREWS (ANDERS) who was born about 1835 Wilkes GA. The Michael L. ANDREWS family and a PULLEN child came with them, and George HOUSE and Parthenia when they migrated from GA to AR. There were several MUNS / MUNNS marriages in Monroe County AR for the ANDREWS daughters. Parthenia ANDREWS HOUSE, married 2nd to Ed HOLLEMAN / HOLMAN who died 1873 Monroe Co AR (or St. Francis Co), and she married 3rd to Dillard L. COOPER, b 1838 Spartanburg SC, who died 1884 Monroe Co AR near Brinkley. Their daughter Clara COOPER b 1878 Monroe Co AR married 1898 to William David McLAIN, b 1859 Lawrence County Arkansas. (His 1st wife Cordelia MOSIER had died 1897.) Clara and her husband Wm. David McLAIN made their home in Jackson County Arkansas. The McLAIN line that had originated in Lawrence County AR from just before the 1850 census. This McLAIn / McCLAIN line came from Weakley County Tennessee and used the McCLAIN spelling there. The line is thought to have been in KY, and was in Gallatin, Illinois, and is possibly from the Brunswick / Surrey County Virginia line of MCLIN / MACLIN / MACKLIN that came there from Scotland. DNA tests through FamilyTree DNA on 67 markers on my line have linked us to another researcher with known ancestry in VA, which agrees with my lines' family lore that 7 brothers came to VA.
