He may have owned or operated the Railroad Hotel in Newport, Jackson Co. in the 1920's. I don't know anything else about him, except that he may be a member of the Williams family from Hempstead, Pike and Howard Co's in AR. --Camp and Titus Co's in TX--and Choctaw and Pushmataha Co's in OK.
