So it is doubtful you will find an original b. certificate for your uncle. However, he could have find a delayed b. certificate. Arizona just put some of that online and you can go there to search. I thought I had bookmarked that site but can't find it now. But I bet if you do a google search for Arizona birth and death records you can probably find the site. Sorry I can't find my book mark.
