    1. [ARIZARD] Nebo Cemetery state of disrepair, for lack of a better word
    2. Gen
    3. Does anyone know if the Nebo Cemetery will ever be maintained again, or will it be left to nature? We visited it just a couple of weeks ago, and noticed two things, one, after the 'ice storm' cleanup, many of the 'stones' had been dragged away from their earlier locations, and two, it was about waist high in weeds. Dad was thinking of putting up a memorial stone commemorating the Pierson family members buried there, but if the cemetery is going to be let go fallow, we're thinking the cost of such a large stone would be a waste. Does anyone on the arizard list have any idea? Thanks, gen

    3. You might call it to the attention of the Izard Co. Cemetery Ass.  They do clean-ups in Izard Co and do a great job....cleaning and restoring stones.  Sue Chrisco is the person in charge. 3. Gen You could set up a cemetery fund and ask others to donate to it for the upkeep. Thats what we did with two of ours Glendå On Jun 22, 2012, at 4:08 PM, Gen wrote: > Does anyone know if the Nebo Cemetery will ever be maintained > again, or will it be left to nature? 3. I just received an e-mail about a man that is going around AR doing repairs on cemetery stones at his own cost.  You might want to get in touch with him and tell him about Nebo.  His name is Mark Canady and his e-mail is  [email protected] Good luck.
