    3. I would like to make contact with a descendant of William Franklin Smith and his wife Elisabeth G. (Genette A) Tracy Smith.  This family lived in Henderson AR and William's father had stablished the Smith Ferry which became known as the  Henderson Ferry.  Children: Charles Chester"Check" married Buna Doak Claude Claxton married Laura Douglas (parents of 11 children) Leffel James - Postmaster at Henderson and a Navy vetran m. Stella Taverbaugh Emmett Floyd Don Edward, (died at age 19) William Paul - married Christina Kediah Beulah Bessie - married  Hammett    Frank Smith and his sons operated the Henderson Ferry until the Henderson Bridge was completed.   Any contact information would be much appreciated.     3. Dorothy have you looked at Custer-Herron Cem on find a grave. Live just down the road a little ways from it. Notice the names you spoke of was moved when the dam was built. My son-in-law has lived here all his life just about. Tommie Walker. he over sees the Cem I think His family is buried there. I pulled up the cem and it has rally got a lot of names .If I can I will help you.
