    1. [ARIZARD] Who is the N. U. or N. H. Tracy found Baxter County court records Dec of 1880?
    2. Dorothy Boynton
    3. Can someone tell me who the N.U. or N. H. Tracy is who would have been found in Court Records of Baxter County in December of 1880.    As you are already aware, I have been looking for the name of the Tracy husband of Sarah G. Hawkins Tracy.  I believe she was deceased by 1880 as I do NOT find her on the 1880 census.  She is found on the 1870 census with son James B. Tracy  b. 1864 and daughter Elizabeth G. Tracy b. 1867.  She is NOT listed as widow just in same household as a Talburt relataive, sister to wife of James Porter Herron - Sarah's half brother.  Thus I am pretty sure the J. P. Herron mentioned is James Porter Herron.   Knowing who the Tracy person listed was might help determine a relationship to the Unnmaed Tracy husband and father I am looking for.  We are just not sure if the Initials are N U or N H. db Three entries - One of Dec 2 and two on Dec 3Page 162.  Dec 2, 1880 J. P. Herron et al vs N. U.? Tracy, guardian et al.  Page 165.  Dec 3, 1880J. B. Herron, et al vs N. H. Tracy, guardian. Page 165.  Dec 3, 1880J. B. Herron, et al vs N. U. Tracy, guardian.
