Hello, Izard Friends! I moved Easter weekend back to Tulsa from Texas and my computer only caught up with me this weekend because it had virus and was in shop when I left. My daughter and granddaughter brought it to me on Wednesday. I had a heart procedure on Thursday, June 21st at the Okllahoma Heart Institute in Tulsa. During my visit here to a new doctor he disscovered I had irregular heartbeat and sent me to heart specialist. Further tests confirmed that I had heart "flutter." The lower part of heart was good but flutter was at top. The procedure is called "Ablation" and they injected dye so could check all of heart, then repaired flutter by laser. Iti is an out-patient procedure and they put me to sleep. The only "slit" was made in the lower groin area and I was breathing better right afterward. People in the waiting room were remarking that my doctor (Cogert) has successes that even better than Mayo Clinic. Am looking forward to reading all my e-mails and finding out what you all have been up to since the end of March ... Peggy
Good to hear that your procedure went well and that you have your computer back. Take care.
