All and Betty Mc, I have been doing some stuff on the Stacy family and found some interesting articles I wasn't even looking for. thought about you guys when I read it. There were some Stacys in mostly Ky. who were called the Blue Fugates or Blue People of Ky., As far as I know there is only one of them left and his name is Benjamin Stacy from Alaska. They were mostly Stacy, Combs, Smith, and Ritchie families. There is an old pic that shows what some of them looked like--very interesting. Several articles including www,baby-ace.net/blog/?p31574 www,thecommunitypaper-com/2006101_19__061/index,php www.daily mail.co.uk/news/article-2105080 If none of these work just, look up Blue People of Ky or Blue Fugates of Hazard, Ky. Glenna Goodwin

Hello, All! I was born and raised in rural Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma -- and we had family of FUGATEs in Broken Arrow. Not sure if this relates to "Blue People of Kentucky" but wanted to let you know FUGATE is a surname.
