Hi Calvin, We have looked at Lorenzo Dow Kizziah since Timothy Marriott (our line) married Sarrah Kizziah, daughter of Lorenzo Dow Kizziah (Kizzia, Kizziar, etc.). We have seen the father of Thomas Mason Kizzia listed as John Kizzia. Since Lorenzo Dow Kizzia and Thomas M were brothers, John might be the name of the father. We haven't seen any documentation. We did note that in the 1860 Independence Co. AR Census, Lorenzo D. is listed in Washington twp and John R. Kizziah age 54 without a wife but 5 sons is in Healing Springs twp, Independence Co. AR. Maybe he is the father of Lorenzo Dow?? Perhaps this will help.
