Hey!! wake up, and drink a cup with me. These old bones told me to “get up”,and move me around about 3:30”. Boy! I seen my self in the mirror, ( what a mistake to make this early),and could cause a runaway. Lordy that is a sight to see this early in the morning. At least it has warmed a lot. Think 36 our now. like a heat wave .Like it.The snow has going a way pretty good now. The cats have about worn the door’s out the past few days. They are not liking this any better than we are. Ha! Bad hunting weather. They are feed like fattening hogs, but still hunt a lot. We have woods all around the house. The deer are laying out too. Probably hunting a good cedar tree to lay under. Think I will whomp a can of biscuits ,and bake to eat with some butter, and lassess. also some thick-in-gravy and maybe some sausage. as dad always called gravy “poor mans paradise”. Mom always made a big pan of cat head biscuits no whomping a can back then. Goes for good eating. Hungry yet? Those old wood cook stoves were hard to beat.We even had one with a water”tank” on the end. Ha! Talk about fancy. Ha! Heated water on the stove to pour in a wash tub behind the stove in winter, but hit the creek in the summer mths. Boy, Christmas is just around the corner. Fun day for some, and sad for others. There has been so many natural disasters, and killings this year, and we don’t won’t to forget our fallen soldiers. May God Bless all them along with the sick and shut-ins. Sometimes we complain when we should be counting our Blessings. Have a great day Love you all. Junebug
I try to have a cup with you some mornings but it seems that every time I pick up my cup it has all leaked out. The cup is empty. I don't know where it goes. It never leaves a puddle but I know I couldn't be drinking it that fast. On 12/16/2013 05:41 AM, Junebug wrote: > Hey!! wake up, and drink a cup with me.
