Jean,,, Memory bad. The picture I have is Amanda Clemmons Dixon, 1816-1905, and she was a daughter of John B. "Brushy" Dixon, 1812--1884 and Miranda. I am a descendent of this couple...their daughter Mary M/J. married "Yankee" John Gale Wade Richardson--they were parents of my grandmother Acleta Eugenia Richardson, Owen Dixon was born in 1867and I THINK John B. was Owen's uncle.
