    3. Thanks, Wilma, we had a time trying to find my Love ancestors and the Weavers too, but have gotten far enough back to satisfy my mind and hope some day to know more about them, I appreciate your reply......Thanks again....Bobbie > From: wilma.norton@cox.net > To: arizard@rootsweb.com > Date: Wed, 1 Jan 2014 17:13:35 -0600 > Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] Smith, Wilma > > Must be a different line of Love. My fifth great grandfather was Joseph Love 1728-1804 born Pennsylvania who married Mary Teas. The died in Knox, TN. They were the parents of 9 children, all born in VA, the last was Nancy C. Love 1775-1842 and she married Abraham Byler. Mary T. Byler, their daughter married Thomas Hill Black. Many people have Mary T in their file as Mary Love Byler, but it is my contention that her name was Mary Teas Byler after her grandmother. > > As far as I know, none of my Loves came to Arkansas. I am a first cousin 4 times removed of Sam Rutledge Smith and Jane Walker. Wonder if that makes us “kissing cousins”? Big Grin. Walkers, Bylers, Love and Smith are all related to me. Plus McCubbins and Adams, Black, Talley and a bunch more. 3. Yes Betty I think that is my line if this Doyle is the Doyle that was a brother of Dewey. Their Grandfather Walter and my Grandmother were Brother and Sister Jack Helm and his wife did research on the Loves. It is good to know the younger generation is interested in the family history, I can't seem to get my bunch hooked on genealogy, We may be related somewhere down the line, Did your Loves come to the Lafferty area? Thanks for the reply...Bobbie > From: betmac@centurytel.net > To: arizard@rootsweb.com > Date: Thu, 2 Jan 2014 12:53:32 -0600 > Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] Smith, Wilma > > Bobbie: > I did some Love research a few years back for David (Frog) Love who is > son of Doyle & Betty Love.
