Hello, Margaret, Thank you for your kind remarks. There is a "public" tree on ancestry.com -- the "ray Family Tree" [note lower case "r"] with Deloris BOOKOUT's ancestors: Martha Ellen KING, b. 1840, IL, d. 10 October 1907, Iuka, Izard County, AR [parents not named] m: 09 August 1860, Izard County, AR William / Williamson Anderson HALL, b. 15 July 1837, Williamson County, TN; de. 27 February 1920, AR [parents named w/ data] A CW Veteran: 32nd Missouri Infantry [CSA or Union not shown] There is a picture of W. A. HALL and Martha Ellen. Also pictures of each of their tombstones. This Story attached to him: "My gr-greatgrandfater Williamson A. HALL was described in HALL history by Frank HALL: Uncle "Billie" had a strong voice, clean in his habits, and a very devout christian and a powerful "Lay" worker in the church. Polly LEWIS KILLIAN g-g-granddaughter of John H. HALL, described William A. HALL as a man of Prayer. She said any time there was sickness in the community they would call Uncle Billie to pray. Like his brothers B. F. HALL and John H. HALL, he is remembered for his Faith in the Lord." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A suggestion: Since they married 1860 in Izard County, would search 1860 census for KINGs in Izard County ith Illinois connections, She sould be in 1850 census in household of her parents. Get date of 1860 census, as you know she did not marry until August that year. There were several treeswith these people, but this one appears to be related since they had the pictures. Happy Hunting, Margaret, to you and your friend! Peggy Peggy {KING} TRUESDELL My KING ancestrors were from Franklin and Colbert Counties, AL in NW Alabama. ----- Original Message ---- From: "nmason001@centurytel.net" <nmason001@centurytel.net> To: truesdellp@att.net Sent: Thu, October 21, 2010 9:27:31 AM Subject: King research Peggy, I am Margaret Mason on the Izard List. I am working with Deloris Hall Bookout on her Hall and now King research. Her great grandmother was Martha Ellen King who married William Anderson Hall. You have so much wonderful King information that I thought you might have something to help her. If you have time, her email is dbookout7@yahoo.com I grew up and live in the Baxter/Izard County area so I often know people that you mention in your research and I'm always interested. Thank you so much. Margaret Mason
