    3. Morn-in Betty Before you do the below save your document as is as so if something happen bad you will at least have your work as is Open up your document that you are working on Then at the top of the window click on the tab that says page layout When the next window opens up high light/select the complete document by holding down CTRL on key boardand at same time hold down the key that says end on your key board this will take your curser to end of the document where you have made the last entry. With the curser blinking at the end of your document again hold down your left mouse button and highlight/select your complete document. Then look up to the top and see where it says spacing. All the numbers should be reading Zero if not Click on the arrows to make them zero Then right click anywhere on the document to deselect it and you should be at single space I hope this is more than clear as mud Hope this works for ya I know just enough about this to get both of us in trouble Jim. I have taken all our worldly goods and got Judy over here in IRELAND chasing our family tree for our 50 th wedding anniversary but I will check back now and then in hopes this works for you ----- Original Message ----- From: "Betty McCollum" <Betmac@centurytel.net> To: arizard@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, September 13, 2010 9:10:56 PM Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] Question Carold: It was on single spacing; but thanks for trying to help.
