I have a question, and I've been holding off asking this because I thought I could figure it out myself; but haven't been able to. I am typing some family information into Microsoft Works. It was going well, then suddenly it starts double spacing, which I don't want. I can't figure out how to get it to go back to single spacing. I've tried a few things, but it is still double spacing. I hate to be outdone by a machine, but looks like I am. Can someone help me? Thanks. Betty Mc
Are you talking about spacing between the lines or words? If it is lines you have two options. Change you line spacing on the ribbon or or click on the end of your line and go to remove space after paragraph. (at the very end of your line spacing tool) Just learning this program this year in school. When I bought my new computer it came with Windows 7 installed. I don't like it as well as I did Windows 2000XP.
