Thanks Hobbs, Well the large group around Garland County Arkansas, mostly seemed to use Merriott. And some of the Texas arm of the family frequently spelled their name Merriott as well. As you point out the Ott side used Marriott most often and that is probably where I will stay in an attempt to cut down on duplication.
