    3. Betty, i'm sure you have probably tried this, but on the Format menu click paragraph, click the spacing tab, in the line spacing box select the spacing you want. I am typing some family information into Microsoft Works. It was going well, then suddenly it starts double spacing, which I don't want. I can't figure out how to get it to go back to single spacing. I've tried a few things, but it is still double spacing. I hate to be outdone by a machine, but looks like I am. Can someone help me? Thanks.
