Vera, I have the same trouble sometimes when I paste things in a message using Rich Text Format (.rtf ). My FTM will print out reports in .rtf, and I use it a lot because the message looks so much nicer. If you use Outlook Express as your mail program, go up to the Toolbar and click on "Format", you will see a choice between "Rich Text" and "Plain Text", for ARIZARD you have to select Plain Text.
