Hello, Dolores! You must learn to do this!  There are sixty (60) pages of RAINES marriages in Arkansas. It was only couple days ago that I sent step-by-step explanation to Jim and Judy.  I know they were successful as they sent post to List.  And Vera has posted address since then.  Eventually they will have all LDS records here for all states.  Volunteers enter these records and it may take a while.  They have census records in this program.  I've been using Texas deaths since Vera posted the information about two years ago. I checked the Baxter County book. 1898-1920. If you've got some first names I'll check the site on line. There are 1748 Raines listed and it doesn't list them by county.
