(Thanks to Carold Hodges for this file transfer tip) This is a 45 meg file. The file is an executable file which will bring up a display window that shows one page at a time. It is capable of tremendous magnification and you will typically have to zoom out to see the entire page. It is possible to extract a page by using the copy command and then pasting into a blank jpg format in Adobe Photoshop, and I would presume other foto handling packages as well. Save the file to your hard drive, put link to that on your desktop and then just double click the link to open it. If you have questions, please send an email.
