Some of you have asked for the obit for my husband, sorry to be so long posting it. John Allan Hutson Obituary: The Ventura County Star-August 17, 2010 John Allan hutson was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on September 14, 1932, and died on August 10, 2010, after a brief illness. John grew up in the San Fernando Valley, moving to Thousand Oaks with his wife, Betty, in 1967. Together, they raised their family on Calle Margarita. John enlisted in the US Army in 1952. He remained proud of the US Military and his service throughout his life, jpining the reverve corps of the Civil Air Patrol in later years. In 1959 John met and married Betty, the love of his life. He remained loyal and devoted to her, surprising her with flowers and gifts from time to time, until he passed. John is survived by his wife, Betty; his children, Laura, Robert and Heidi; his sons-in-law Tim and Ryan; his grandchildren Arianna, Randee, Ryanne, and Seamus; his sister Sue and brother Lee; and Betty's family: Hattie, Rudy, David, Jeanie, Don, Chris and Joe, Corey and Mia. There will be a viewing on Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. in the Chapel of the Islands, and the funeral service on Friday, August 20 at 40 a.m. also in the Chapel of the Islands. Conejo Mountain Memorial Park, with the burial to imediately follow after a Military Service. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations to help Betty offset the costs. Arrangements are under the care of Conejo Mountain Funeral Home and Memorial Park at 2052 Howard Road, Camarillo, CA 93012: 805-482-1959 Published in the Ventura County Star from August 17 to August 20. 2010 The Memorial Park is surrounded by fields of Tomatos and other Vegetables, surrounded by mountains facing in the direction of the ocean. Thanks for the obit, I noticed the obit did not mention his parents. Was he at all related to any of the Hutsons from Izard County>???
