Leona Maye Thomason Post a commentPrint By The Wenatchee World Staff Wednesday, November 3, 2010 Leona Maye Thomason was born December 3, 1915, to James and Rosie Chadwick in Izard County, Arkansas. She passed away October 31, 2010. She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne and (Joe) Harrington of Vancouver, WA and Belinda Thomason of Cashmere, WA; sons, Paten and (Joni) Thomason, Jr. of Cashmere, WA and Mark Thomason of Wenatchee, WA; brothers, D.O.C. Chadwick of Kentucky, J.D. Chadwick and Mike Chadwick, both of Rector, AR; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, Paten Thomason, Sr.; infant son, James Thomason; numerous brothers and sisters; and parents, James and Rosie Chadwick.
