May I suggest downloading, installing, and running the free Malwarebytes program: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html I update and run it almost every day and recently bought the $25 lifetime license for the full version which protects your computer from most threats in real time. Well worth the investment since it's already caught a couple of threats. ----- Original Message ----- From: Marsha Boles To: arizard@rootsweb.com Sent: Friday, November 19, 2010 11:20 AM Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] spam - Gen Oh %#@?# - I opened it and knew better, even waited a day for two. So, I ck's my spam box too and found only one of our list buddies reply. To get someone off my spam list: open SPAM BOX, click UNSPAM. About year ago, 2 other list buddies post kept going to my spam and had to do it repeatedly then it finally stopped. An old gen. teacher sent me a warning. Can crash your harddrive, & steal your personal info, so possibly invade your email contacts, too???? My old teach made sure to ck it thru that spam site you guys have mentioned before, and said that it really was considered a valid threat. Now to my next problem, LOTS of emails from you guys have suddenly been being sent to my spam files, and I don't know why, or how to stop it. Any suggestions? Thanks, gen
I have three different types of '?prtotection? services already attached to my computer. For some reason my system just quit recognizing the some of the addresses in my contacts list. Shoot, it even sends all the messages I post to arizard to the spam file, instead of the inbox. ???? Thanks, I will keep this address handy though. You can never tell when I might need it. gen --- On Fri, 11/19/10, Dale Marr <marrdye@bellsouth.net> wrote: > From: Dale Marr <marrdye@bellsouth.net> > Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] spam - Gen > To: arizard@rootsweb.com > Date: Friday, November 19, 2010, 11:32 AM > May I suggest downloading, > installing, and running the free Malwarebytes program: > > http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html > > I update and run it almost every day and recently bought > the $25 lifetime license for the full version which protects > your computer > from most threats in real time.
