Izard County was formed in 1825, Fulton County in 1842. Prosperity Church, according to what I saw in the records was formed about 1859. Was the Church "located" at Wheeling Arkansas? I see that town in a few places in the records. If so, that technically places the church in Fulton County. I'm aware that as close to the county line as Wheeling is there were probably many members that lived in Izard County and most of the long time residents had roots in old Izard County before Fulton was formed. As a general rule of thumb for posting things like church records you post them to the county page where the church was located. In this case it would be a Fulton County page. Being the "boss" [ as well as the janitor and everything else dealing with the site ] I can post it where you all would rather have it posted.
