Don, I just checked the 1830 USFedCensus Arkansas Territory-Izard     13 pg of 16 Jeffery, James Langston, Absalom Wear, Elijah Haggart, Littchia Weatherford,William Wooton, Lorenz D. Livingston, Robert I had remembered coming across this Littchia and wondering if she was who the Leticia (s) in the Mason family came from and this would make you wonder if it was the significant connection. I'll have to learn more about Alexander Mason and wife Mary Mason that were first cousins in TN/KY. All very interesting! Maybe will have the time to squeeze the research in. As you know George Mason IV was the one that drafted the Bill of Rights.         I though Daniel Mason married Mary "Polly" Brashear on 6 Mar 1797 and Martha  "Patsy" Hicks on 20 May 1819 after the death of Mary. I visited Gunston Hall, home of George IV Mason, in Fairfax VA. years ago.
