    3. He called it pughey like hughey-best I could tell over the phone. He said she's there in the cemetery, and there is a Dink Pough there! But, I have never seen a researcher with anything past her birth for info on her. John M's family was in Fulton County in 1870. Then 1880 they are in Baxter or Izard. She is 17 in 1870 and so she probably married before 1880. The 1870 census they are on is Page 1 for Big Creek Township. And, I didn't find any Poughs on the first 8 pages of that group. So, what township lay next to the Big Creek in the area where they lived? I will look for Poughs and Pughs in the 1870/80 censuses. Thanks for all the work you did yesterday, Gen!!
