    3. Hello Jim, My aunt Estella Montgomery b. 8/28/1877 , d. 3/2/1965 daughter of James P. and Julia E. Montgomery. She married Campbell Evans Wiles. Estella's siblings were Harriet, Charles, Myrtle and Alma. That is the only info I have on her. As a kid I remember Julia had a large book of family history but don't know who has it now. My uncle Albert Cicero Buchanan b. 1864, d. 5/14/1939 son of Albert Branch and Ursley Jane Hamm Buchanan. He married Medora Jane Wiles. Medora was also blood kin to Albert Cicero as his mother Ursley was a close cousin of Medora's mother Sara Jane Ann Elizabeth Hamm Wiles. I don't know if this ties into your branch or not. Billingsleys are related as far as I know. Harold, Thank you for your message and posting Anita Jo (Luper) Billingsley's obituary. That was thoughtful of you. Although the findagrave.com memorial did not have her linked to Ed Baker Billingsley, she is now. Attached are photos of her headstone and Ed Baker Billingsley's headstone that I took in 2013 when I was visiting family (we made a job-related move to MA about 40 years ago). I don't know if the photos will go through, but hope they will. I cropped them and resized them to be a smaller size than the original. Jim, Thanks so much for responding. You are right. Although the one you mentioned was not for Ed Baker Billingsley who died in 2001 and was the younger son of Austin and Minne (Boler) Billingsley, I would like to have it. I think that all Izard Co. Billingsleys are most likely related to each other. Since I last posted a message to ARIZARD, I found Ed Baker Billingsley's obituary on GenealogyBank.com, an online newspaper archive that I subscribed to last year. It was in the DAILY OKLAHOMAN, 8 July 2001, page 27-A. There was no picture associated with it, just the transcribed text. However, the Oklahoma Historical Society lists the obituary on their website as having a picture. I think I'll order it as it would be a copy of the original. If anyone would like to have a copy for your personal files, let me know. As Harold Blevins mentioned, there is also a findagrave.com memorial for Ed Baker Billingsley and his wife at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=billingsley&GSfn=ed&GSmn=baker&GSby=1918&GSbyrel=in&GSdy=2001&GSdyrel=in&GSob=n&GRid=48106262&df=all&. 3. Hi Betty, You are correct about my Uncle Austin and Aunt Minnie (Boler) Billingsley's son Ed Baker Billingsley. I'm related to both Austin and Minnie (Billingsley and Boler). My line goes James Billingsley and Elizabeth Crabtree, John Billingsley and Jean Milsap, (Judge) Samuel Billingsley and Elizabeth Lewis, Milton Franklin Billingsley and Martha Elizabeth Bates (aka Mattie), Cora Ann Billingsley and Henry Garland Boler. There are more Billingsleys before John. The photo I sent has Austin, Minnie, Rhea, Boyce "Buster," and Ed Baker in it. It was in my parents' photo collection. We used to visit Aunt Minnie. When my Mom mentioned Ed Baker Billingsley, she usually called him Baker. 3. I went on the ARIZARD Archives and checked the whole month of July 2001 for a mention of him but did not find it, even though Jim had several other posts that month, so Jim must have posted it later. Ed Baker Billingsley is buried in Hillside Cemetery in Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma. There is a nice picture of his marker, but no obit there. His wife is buried there also and there is an obit for her, and a nice picture of her. Her obit mentions him as her husband, but no other details. I will paste below the info that is there. but my info says he was the son of Austin Billingsley and Minnie V. Boler Those of you who can lay your hands on a April 1973 Historian, it is devoted totally to the Izard Billingsley family. They had 2 children: James Carroll Billingsley and Carrie Laine Peck; and 2 grandchildren, Russell Don and Jo Elaine Peck; daughters-in-law, Lynn Billingsley Bolay and Karen Jarvis. She had 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and 10 nieces and nephews, of which Harvey Luper, Ernest Luper, Thelbert Luper, Ernestine Chandler, Elaine Chandler and Donna Kay Bielski preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister, Billye Ruth Boddy; and her nieces: Judy Rork, Karen Lawson, Nikki Craig and husband Aubrey, Maurine Peterson and husband John, Paula Brown and husband Dennis, Carolyn Hunter and husband Lanny; and her nephews: Joe Lee Chandler and wife Marge, Derryl Reavis and wife Wanda.
