Anita, I just got back from Branson a little while ago---12 of us Cantrell women were up there Friday and Saturday--and another cousin came by one night to eat supper with us.  Had a great time.      Captain Thomas J.  Marsha, it's an inspiration to you and your family that he enjoyed a long life.  You have my sympathy.  No matter how long they live, we don't want to part with them. One of my great-uncles said he wanted to live to 100 and be "shot by a jealous husband," but only made it to 99! Glad to see you have some "long-livers" too. Peggy

Melbourne--Euna Thelma Kerr, 87, of Melbourne died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2000, in a Calico Rock hospital. Born Sept. 19, 1912 in Newburg, she was the daughter of Daniel R and Minnie Belle Myrick Hutcheson. She was a member of the Melbourne Church of Christ. Survivors include four nieces, Mozell Floyd of Rock Island, Wa., Barbara Montgomery of Melbourne, Ardell Kent of Brockwell and Dolores Huie of Clinton and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Kerr, two brothers and three sisters. The funeral will be at 2 pm Saturday at Howard Funeral Home in Melbourne with Chuck Crow officiating. Burial will be at Melbourne Cemetery.

Can someone tell me about this man. Charles Leslie Swan 1904 - 1979 lived in Norfork at the time of his death. Some where I got the information his parents were John Hayes Swan and Cora Farris married in 1930 --- Mary ? Years ago I made these notes and can't find where I got the information from.
