    3. Does anyone have an Izard County probate or administration index that lists Laura Ann Redman/Redmond/Redmon who died 25 November 1907. Her grave is in the Old Liberty Ceme6tery in Izard Co. AR. Apparently on 13 September 1907, the month before she died, Tom Allen, the Clerk of the Courts clerk and Recorder, wrote a letter to whoever issued her Civil War pension check that the amount was wrong and had to be corrected. So if she had money coming for September and October, there would have had to be heirs named to receive it and probably probate to determine who they were and disseminate it. (Laura Ann Jones married 1) William Franklin "Dock" Montgomery in Murray County GA 25 September 1851, 2) James Halbrook in Conway County AR 29 January 1863, and 3) Lafayette "Lee" Redman.) Lee Anne

    1. [ARIZARD] Amelia J. Mason b. 1849 NC m. 1868 Jacob Wolf

    3. Would anyone have an Amelia J. Mason in their data base who was born in NC in 1849 and married about 1868 to Jacob Wolf, son of Michael and Elizabeth (Adams) Wolf?   This couple is found on the 1870 AR census with male child, age 1 - name unreadable but could start with "I" and middle initial "J" and transcribed by census takes as Ines J.  The husband, Jacob Wolf,  died by 1872 and is buried in the  Wolf Cemetery.  I cannot trace either Ameila or the child after that 1870 census.   What Mason families would have been in area of Norfork Township, Izard County in September of 1870?  Information on this Jacob Wolf's family was found: (source: Marion County Families 1811-1900 ).  Perhaps that publication would have something on the Mason families also, if it could be located.   The maiden name for Amelia J. (Mason) Wolf was found in publication:  Confederate Burials in Arkansas where the husband is listed as buried in the  Wolf Cemetery, south of Norfork, AR.  Do not have marriage record so do not know where they were married.   Any clue would be appreciated.
