    3. Pat  thanks for the site.  I had already read the article about the Blue People of Ky.  One of the sites I put up shows pics of Benjamin Stacy who is supposed to be the last one with this disease, and also shows an old one of a family that had blue in their families--very interesting.   Also wanted everyone to take a look at the website and Look at the Mother Goose House--it was built by George Stacy, and at one time was on the Oprah Show.  I had read about it, but it was the first pics I had seen of it.  Also found  a few deals about Combs, which we have several who married into our Stacy family .  Thanks again, Pat--I really loved it, and am still going thru stuff.  Glenna Goodwin --- On Mon, 7/30/12, Ellen Reesh <[email protected]> wrote: From: Ellen Reesh <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] Arizard. 3. Find A Grave doesn't have an obituary posted for her parents. I didn't find an obit in my filed for her father Henley Ray Marsh. Here is what I found for her mother Hildred. White River Currant, Calico Rock, Arkansas Hildred Shell Marsh of Melbourne, daughter of the late Charley Shell and Emma Kirk, was born January 30, 1903 in Sage. She died Wednesday evening, October 30, 1991 at the age of 88. She spent all her life as a mother and homemaker. She was a member of the Melbourne Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Hinkle Marsh of Wenatchee, Washington; two daughters, Klyda Hill of Wenatchee, Washington and Joy Huddleston of Melbourne; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henley Marsh; parents, three brothers and two sisters. Services were held Sunday, November 33 at 2 p.m. in the Howard Chapel in Melbourne. Pallbearers were Richard Stanford, Ronnie Stanford, Gary Stanford, Kenny Stanford, Hoyt Shell and Joe Carpenter. Burial was in the Melbourne Cemetery, Melbourne, under the direction of the Howard Funeral Home in Melbourne. ===================== -----Original Message----- From: Junebug Sent: Sunday, July 29, 2012 2:24 PM To: Vera Reeves ; [email protected] Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] K, Hill obit I looked it up on find a grave .June -----Original Message----- From: Vera Reeves Sent: Sunday, July 29, 2012 2:15 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [ARIZARD] K, Hill obit Thanks, Lorene. 3. I this week's Calico paper there was an obit for an Emmit Elbert Kizzia.  He is survived by his wife Martha Sue.  He was born in June 27, 1922 to William Fletcher and Jessie Mae McMillen Kizzia.  He was a teacher and coach.  If this might be a connection that would be of help I could see if I can get an address for his wife.  I do know some of the people connected with his church and one of his pall bearers. Betty Mc   As for Kizzia ~ my gg gf Lorenzo Kizzia lived with a Smith family in 1850 at age 16. Later married Mary Ann Dobbs. I cannot unearth any clues as to who his parents are. I believe his first born, Mariah may have married Thomas Kizziar of TN. After the war the Kizzia and Kizziar families moved to OK and TX. My gg gf moved to Evergreen, San Jacinto Co., TX along with other families from Izard including Hightower, King, Riddle, Risner and Richards. Are you aware of any AR historical publications that might include Kizzia / Kizziar / Kizziah?   ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. Betty, i recall KIZZIA discussion through the years on our Izard List.  Seems there was a (Milton ?) KIZZIA discussed that one of my LUTHER - KING - HULSEY relatives had discovered that had some rare disease ??? And I'm sure this person looking for Lorenzo KIZZIA would find these KIZZIA posts in the Izard List Archives.  Seems a "Lister" named Wanda was connected to KIZZZIA.  If I made notes or printed those posts, I don't have them now.  All my "hard copies" are still in Texas but I've been in Tulsa, Oklahoma since Easter weekend. Had heart procedure in June but doing well  -- been doing rehab and now will have sleep test and stress test.  Spend great deal of my time going to doctors nowadays ...  Peggy
