I think they have turned the armory into the history museum. I have learned that the man who was so knowledgeable about Batesville has since passed. A real loss for the area. My great uncle was named after one of the Ruddell. His name was Adler Ruddell Bell. I think the families were pretty close. My 2ggrandfather is supposed to be buried in Batesville but I haven't found him yet. He might have been buried on the old home place? He died around 1905-6.
