    3. I don't know the location of the Pate cemetery you mention but am also interested in Daniel and Mary Pate. I think that both died between 1893 and 1900. I have not been able to find them anywhere in census in 1900. Myrtle their youngest daughter born in 1893 is living with her sister Mary Nash & family in 1900. I have often wondered if perhaps Dan & Mary may have taken their family to Texas and died there. Although Myrtle is listed as born in Arkansas in the 1900 census she list Texas as her place of birth in the 1910, 1920, and 1930 census although she also lists Texas as her father's place of birth . I do know that my Grandfather John Simon Totty, Mary's brother spent some time in Texas prior to 1895 as did some of the other Totty relatives. I have a group picture taken at the blacksmith shop of Jim & Will Totty around 1899 in which three of the women were identified as being Daniel & Mary's daughters Mary Nash, Edna, and Sarah Johnnye -----Original Message----- From: gc-gateway@rootsweb.com [mailto:gc-gateway@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of bethmer@gonowpc.com Sent: Tuesday, April 19, 2005 2:27 AM To: ARINDEPE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [AR IND] Pate Cemetery This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list.
