Lutes, wife, age 19, b-IN. child--Hettie Lutes, dau, age 4 months 1-Jacob Wesley Lutes, Father, age 54,b-Indiana, father & mother b-NC 2-Arrena Lutes. mother, age 47, b-Indian, father & mother b-KY --Lewis Lutes, brother, age 21, b-Indiana --Jesse Lutes, brother, age 19, b-Indiana --Samantha Lutes, sister, age 13, b-Indiana --Perry Lutes, brother, age 8, b-Indiana 1900 Census for Glaize Twp, Jackson Co, AR some of the dates are incorrect I believe. But that is to be expected when transcribing Census'. 1-Lutes, Lewis b-June 1860 s/b 1859, age 40, b-Indiana, father & mother b-Indiana S-Lutes, Purdide, b-1871 s/b 1868, age 29, m-9 years, 4 children, 2 living, b-AR c-Lutes, Wesley, b-Oct 1885 s/b 1895, age 4 c-Lutes, Annie, b-Feb 1897, age 3 I do not have any info an Annie Lutes, I do know of 2 other children that were not in census...i beccause died young, and two I don't know why, unless Annie is not the correct name and it s/b Ammy. Here are the other two names: Lutes, Edna Mary, b-4-5-1893, d-6-1-1894, 1yr & 2m Lutes, Ammy Byron, b-1-5-1898, d-11-21-1983 Living next door to this family in the same Census: --Lutes, Jacob, b-1830, age 70, m-6 years, b-Indiana, father & mother b-N.C. S-Lutes, Susan S. (Mote?), b-Aug 1860, age 39, 0 children, b-Mississippi --Lutes, Perry, son of Jacob, b-1871, age 29, single, b-(it says IL but 1880 census says Indiana & that is correct), father b-Indiana, mother b-Indian It seems that Jacob W.
