Would appreciate help finding any information about my g grandfather, John Washington Anderson. Born 1854, died either 1927 or 1930. Last place of residence was believed to be Cord, Independence Co. Could have be Alicia, Lawrence Co. John's parents lived in Cord and he also had two brothers that lived there. Little Rock has no official death certificate. John married Ellen C. Thornton on July 27, 1879. Had 7 children. Lived most of married life in Randolph Co. near Birdell / Imboden. Separated early 1900's and moved to Cord. Have complete records for Ellen but can find nothing about John. Would also appreciate names of cemeteries in or near Cord. Will be visiting AR next week and hope to find his grave. Thanks. Elmer T.
