Am trying to find information on Allen Cra(i)ghead born around 1828-30 in Tenn. Shows up in1850 Independence county census with William Hess family. Also shown with Wm Hess family is Revenny Sutton Middleton who is a widow with Children. Where was he from '28 to '50??? In Independence county??? Also am trying to find Revenny Sutton Middleton's husband's name? Everywhere I look it is listed as unknown Middleton. Allen shows up again in the 1880 Logan County census. and from there he is a mystery again. Some say he is buried in Carter County at Springer but so far can not document that.
