    3. Just a kindly reminder for those hunting old towns now just having "one horse".....LOL Ask a family member if they have an old Rand McNally laying around. from the 1970's or 80's. Sometimes the older maps still have these little places. Another thought is to purchase a program like "Auto Map". We have it at work and I found Womack, TN on it even though Womack wasn't on my 1980 map. Happy Hunting!! 3. Hi! Here's a handy Internet site for finding not only towns, but also cemeteries. http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.gnis_web_query_form For Oil Trough, I typed in Oil Trough as the Feature Name, Arkansas as the State, and Populated Place for Feature Type. Then when you get a response to your query, click on Oil Trough, and a map will come up, and you can zoom in and out on the map. For cemeteries, you can do the same thing - putting in the name of the cemetery, the State, also the County, and cemetery as Feature Type. Or, you can get a list of all cemeteries in the County, by putting in only the State, County, and cemetery as the Feature Type. Or, you can get a list of all cemeteries in the country with a certain name - i.e. my last name is Henderson, so I could type Henderson as the Feature Name, and cemetery as the Feature Type, and it would tell me all the cemeteries in the US that are Henderson Cemetery. Lots of possibilities for research.....
