LUCAS born in Iowa 1 Mar 1857 and died 2 Nov 1923, Oil Trough. His son Harvey W Lucas was my grandfather. I don't believe they were in Independence County in 1880. Harvey was born in AR in 1887 so I am not sure he was even in the state yet. Sure would love to find out and especially would enjoy finding out who his wife was! James F had one other child I know of, her name was Lula Belle and at some point she assumed the last name of Beasley. From what I have been told she was raised by this Beasley family. Possibly in Poinsett County. She then married an Overturf. Is there a limit to how many look-ups you will do? I have a couple more brick walls that I'd appreciate your help with.
