Would anyone have a 1870 census for Independence Co. AR. We are looking for Red (Reden/Redden/Redding) McCarty. Red m. Sarah Haney Wilson. Sarah's father was SM Henry Wilson. Red was in the civil war 1861-66 Company C. Col Taylor's Regiment. He enrolled in Fulton Co. AR. Would anyone have access to Civil War records?
