Rebecca's maiden name is Ball. I am still doing research. There was a piece of land near Conway which is called the Shaw Bottoms. If you go to the Faulkner county web site and look at Pioneer Families who got land from the gove. you will find a Joseph Shaw who got land around 1820. If this helps let me know.
