    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/QV.2ADI/632 Message Board Post: These are my GG Grandparents. They were married in Georgia and moved to Arkansas with the Tracy family. I located them in the 1850 census in Gordon Co, Georgia and the 1860 census in Christian, Independence Co. I located the children (Mary, James Wright, Reuben, Sarah, Shelley) in the 1870 Christian, Independence Co. census but the head of family was a Mary J James. I have been unable to locate any of the children except Reuben in the 1900 Parker Co Texas census. Does anyone have clues to what could have happen to the Henry and Nancy and what happen to the children after 1870? What cemetery would have been used then? Thanks

I spoke to my mom again. She remembers your mom as Aunt Emogene. She says she didn't know the Wherrys very well, as her family (Ruben Lane and Maudie Henderson Lane) moved to Little Rock when she was just 18 months old. She only got to visit relatives occasionally when they travelled back to Newark. She did tell me that she thought the Gibsons were somehow connected to the Henderson side of the family as well, but couldn't remember how. If you have questions about any of the other Independence families or anything else I can help you with, don't hesitate to email me directly. I'm always happy to share any information I have.
