Benny Blanch Ivy Caldwell (of Bonnie and Clyde fame) was my 3rd cousin. She was married to Buck Barrow, Clyde's brother. I met her in the 1970's at a Caldwell family reunion at Idabel, OK. I have just recently met over the internet another cousin of mine, Debbie Jane Moss from TX. She is writing a book on Blanch Caldwell as the real story has not been told about her. My mother interviewed Blanch some years ago before she died. Debbie has sent me today a video that was taken in May 2006 of the Gibsland, LA shootout by renactors. Every year they meet in May when they were killed and renact the sceen. If anyone is interested in seeing it, I can forward it to you. Remember the Moss family and Fontaine Family married into the Caldwell family in TN before settling in Hempstead Co./Howard Co., AR. Jackson Family also married Caldwells.
