I am looking for the family of William D. Cooper who was married to Susannah T. Bishop who was born in VA. They were married in Hardeman Co., TN. I am looking for the place of death of William D. Cooper who's Wife may have been have lived in Howard Co., or Hempstead Co., After her husband death. She was married to Isaac Cooper Perkins after the 1850's in Hempstead Co., Arkansas. She had one son by the name of John James Cooper who later married into the family of Robert Black in Union Co., Arkansas. His was the niece of Robert Black, her name was Mary M. Black.
