There's no George Lewis listed on that index as being buried in Paragould or anywhere in the county. http://www.argenweb.net/greene/CEM/CEMTRAN/cemetery.htm Here is a list of Greene County cemeteries, if you want to search further; he may be buried in one of them and just wasn't on that index for whatever reason. Or you might try nearby counties if you still can't locate his grave in Greene County. Good luck, I hope you find him. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I am in a similar boat. ALl the transcribed records in Greene County dont seem to help find the location of my great-grandmothers burial. We figure she died in about 1908-1910 and her people and husband are buried at clarks chapel, but there is no records from that time that indicate what went with her. Tinny Winn Boyd (Tennessee Winn) 1st Wife of Elmer Cleveland Boyd of Paragould. Mother of Earl, Ernest and Elsie. (Elsie also passed before 1910) She had previously been married in Craighead county to L.L. McEwan. but the very next year married Elmer in Paragould. Not sure what that is about either. W.
