    3. I apologize for not responding sooner to your query. I'm sure you know Arkansas did not begin keeping death records until 1914 and even they were/are few and far between until 1920 at least. However, we do have an 1890 census from Tax records of Greene County. They are entered by school districts. If you think this might help you, the URL is: http://www.argenweb.net/greene/CENSUS/1890censusdistricts.htm PR Massey Greene Co. Here are the details about him: George R Lewis B: 1859 Perry County, Tn D: between 1887 - 1900 (I have listed 1900 becuase his wife shows back up on the 1900 Perry County Census as widowed) He is never on a census with his wife because they married in 1881 and the 1890 census burned. Any ideas on where to search or is this a lost cause? This has been a mystery to our family for a long time. Thanks for any information. Supposedly died of TB and supposedly buried in Arkansas Thanks, Sandi   ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
