I am Deborah Ragsdell Heywood. I am no longer married to Cagle. My father, Luther George Ragsdell passed away the Tuesday following Easter last week. The last surviving sibling of my father's family, is Bonnie Ragsdell. I will check this message board nightly and hope to hear from my other cousins. I can only hope....
