I did some looking and couldn't find an Alta or Grover Pryor in my line, but you never know. I loved the fact about your second cousin's family living in the "Painted House". Very interesting! My dad found a second cousin living in Texas and so far, she's the only relative we've found coming down through our Pryor line. It would be great to find more connections.
